Kay Gibson graduated from Paisley University, as a mature student, in 1997. She has worked in statutory childcare as an area team social worker and went on to work in two voluntary agencies providing intensive fostering services; for young people as an alternative to residential school and secure accommodation. During this time she has worked as a senior practitioner and practice team manager gaining her accredited practice teaching award. Kay was appointed by Kibble in 2004, as Operations Manager for Kibble Intensive Fostering Services (IFS). She is currently setting up and developing the Intensive Fostering Services run by Kibble and gained a Masters in Business Administration in November 2006.
